Providing PR services to multi-academy trust

Each month, we provide PR services to the schools within the Burnt Mill Academy Trust.

With primary and secondary schools in Essex and London, our journalist spends time within the schools each week to gather positive news articles to share with the local, national and education media.

Just some of the publicity secured for our school clients throughout February…

News reporting for Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex

Having had extensive experience of working within the policing sector, the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex (PFCC) has called upon KLC to help with news reporting.

The Commissioner hands out thousands of pounds in Community Safety Development Fund to groups fighting crime and antisocial behaviour across Essex.

KLC was commissioned to report on those groups which had already put the funding to use, to publicise the opportunity for more organisations to put in bids this year.

The articles were published on the PFCC’s website and across its social media platforms to increase engagement with the public, raise awareness and boost the number of applications for the pot of money.

The articles, written by a KLC journalist, also secured publicity for the organisation…

Client feedback has been wonderful…

“We are getting some great engagement on yesterday’s posts and more likes to the page.”

“We are really pleased with the social media engagement. They really boosted our followers which is good news.”

“We have had loads of applications through from folk applying for grants so the publicity has been a great help. We are really pleased with your work.”

“The lady from Springfield Youth Group has contacted the office to say how pleased she has been with the coverage. She has been inundated with offers of help, support and has even been contacted by the local MP Vicky Ford who wants to pay a visit and see the group in action. Thanks Kelly – you helped us out and have made the youth group lady really happy!”

As part of our work with the PFCC, we have also proof-read an annual report and will provide news reporting services at the annual conference.
