Giving a national voice to school clients

Working with schools, we have a couple of goals we strive to achieve: we want to raise the profile of our schools locally and keep their reputations positive to encourage parents to apply for places; as well as giving our clients a voice on the national education scene.

This month, we have given that voice to two more of our client schools with publicity within the pages of national magazine Teach Secondary.

Our client Helena Mills CBE is CEO of BMAT multi-academy trust, with primary and secondary schools in Essex and London. She was keen to voice her views about social media and the place it has – or may not have – in the industry. We secured a whole page in the magazine for Helena to comment. Take a look here..

We are also regularly asked to provide mock lesson plans from experts around the industry to be shared in the magazine. This month, it was the turn of our client school Thomas Lord Audley School, in Colchester, Essex, giving the school a chance to share its expertise on a national scale. Have a read here…

Our work with our school clients

We work with lots of school clients each week to secure positive publicity and to help them to communicate with their communities, with both internal communications and external PR.

As well as sourcing, writing and distributing positive news articles via press release, we also provide content for our schools’ websites and produce regular news magazines for parents, staff and stakeholders.

These are just a couple of our latest school news magazines – The Edge, for the community around Nightingale Academy in Edmonton, London, and Sigma News, with one version for parents across the schools within The Sigma Trust, an education Trust, in Essex and one for staff within the growing organisation…

The Sun publishes KLC story online

We work closely with contacts within the national media to pass on stories which are quirky, original or simply a little different.

Our journalists are always on the look-out for stories which the national editors might be interested in.

This week, we were pleased to see The Sun newspaper publish a story of ours on its news website.

Take a look at the fun story here…
