Life as a journalist brings with it a wonderful array of opportunities and experiences.Our journalist, Kelly, enjoyed one of them recently when she was asked by a local newspaper to write a feature which can be used in the coming weeks as a pre-Christmas article.She spent time at an Essex restaurant where she was taught how to expertly put together the most colourful and tasty cocktails.The article, written by our journalist, will show readers how to easily create these delights in time for the festive party season.The feature will be shared on this page when it has been printed.

Our business is all about having good relationships. Our stories regularly make it into print in local publications because we have a good rapport with the journalists and editors who decide what the pages will be filled with. We also know how to put together a good story and what will get their attention and please their readers. When we were invited to do a cooking challenge by the Radisson Blu hotel, at Stansted Airport, we knew it was an opportunity to do a little bit of PR for ourselves. We’re delighted with the coverage we secured this week for our client, the Butchers Arms, near Chelmsford.

 
The owner, Rob Gray, has been in business for a year and was keen to spread the word about the wonderful food he’s delivering at the pub restaurant.
